CRESDA is a full service Commercial Real Estate firm providing tenant/landlord representation, advisory/consulting services, buyer/seller representation, and project management services. Susanne Newmark, President of CRESDA and 35-year real estate veteran, serves as Broker of Record. CRESDA’s CEO Nancy Glick is a licensed broker-salesperson with 16 years of commercial real estate experience. CRESDA is WBENC certified and 100% women owned and operated.

CRESDA operates as a Tier 1 or Tier 2 service supplier contingent on the client’s needs. As a Tier 1 supplier, CRESDA provides on the ground services nationally, routinely expanding its reach by way of its certified diverse Partner Firms located and licensed in markets throughout the US. As a Tier 2 supplier, CRESDA regularly partners with global commercial real estate firms either providing advisory/consulting services or utilizing its base of Partner Firms to provide additional on the ground support. When operating as a Tier 2 service provider, CRESDA is flexible and entrepreneurial in its approach to partnership structure.

Nancy Glick and Susanne Newmark oversee all CRESDA transactions, adding value and ensuring seamless cross market service. Each CRESDA transaction operates with a primary point of contact to provide a consistent client experience from start to finish.

Susanne Newmark

Broker-Salesperson, MS

Susanne Newmark, President and Broker-Salesperson, joined together with Nancy Glick, Chief Executive Officer in 2021 to launch CRESDA out of their mutual desire to advance diversity within the commercial real estate industry.

Susanne has served as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of commercial real estate firm Newmark Associates CRE since 1986, building a reputation over the years as one of the most respected and successful commercial real estate providers and certified woman-owned businesses in New Jersey. Susanne is personally passionate about providing opportunities to those who historically may have been overlooked in the business world. This is best exemplified in the diversity of professionals at Newmark Associates CRE, which extends to women, members of minorities, and also to the elimination of age and physical challenges discrimination.

Susanne has been a recipient of various awards, most recently recognized at the Women Who Shine Awards as one of six senior management executives chosen from over 100 nominations for outstanding achievements in business and the community. Selection criteria included success in business, philanthropic activity and tireless efforts to invest in advancing the cause of women.

As Chief Executive Officer of Newmark Associates, Susanne is responsible for transaction management and implementation, strategic consulting, project planning, leasing, and investment sales. Creating solutions in real estate matters for regional, entrepreneurial firms, Newmark Associates has worked extensively with Fortune 500 companies and is a Supplier Diversity Provider to major corporations. Newmark Associates received company-wide recognition as a repeat recipient of the CoStar Annual Award for “Best of the Best” and was rated by NJBiz as one of the “Top 250 Privately-Owned Companies” along with receiving RXR’s “Deal of the Year” award.

Newmark Associates is a member of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the nation’s leading advocate of women-owned businesses as suppliers to America’s corporations. As the largest third-party certifying agent of businesses owned, controlled, and operated by women in the United States, WBENC provides its world class standard of certification to women-owned businesses throughout the country.

Susanne graduated from Queens College, City University of New York where she also received a Master’s degree.

Avid about boating, travel and spending time with family, she balances her professional and personal life with volunteer efforts serving on boards for various charitable organizations.
