Nancy Glick, Chief Executive Officer and Broker-Salesperson, formed CRESDA in March of 2021 to create an effective way for Fortune 500 companies to access diverse commercial real estate suppliers and advance diversity within the commercial real estate industry.
Nancy began her real estate career in 2005 at Newmark Associates, the largest and longest running women-owned-and-operated commercial real estate firm in New Jersey, where she now serves as a Chief Operating Officer and oversees the company’s supplier diversity and inclusion programs. Nancy has dedicated over 10 years to advancing diversity in the commercial real estate industry and is committed to continuing that work through CRESDA.
Formerly a Sales and Trading Representative for the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation in Washington, D.C., Nancy brings a financial acumen, integrity and keen understanding of marketing along with artful negotiation skills to her work in real estate. Nancy holds an MBA in Finance from George Washington University.
As a broker-salesperson, Nancy specializes in property acquisitions and dispositions. Among her sub-specialties is working with court-appointed receivers to market and sell distressed properties. Over the last 10 years, she has worked alongside Susanne Newmark to develop technology and management systems to accommodate Newmark Associate’s burgeoning growth. In 2018, Nancy received the Real Estate Forum’s Women Who Influence Award.
Susanne Newmark, President and Broker-Salesperson, joined together with Nancy Glick, Chief Executive Officer in 2021 to launch CRESDA out of their mutual desire to advance diversity within the commercial real estate industry.
Susanne has served as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of commercial real estate firm Newmark Associates CRE since 1986, building a reputation over the years as one of the most respected and successful commercial real estate providers and certified woman-owned businesses in New Jersey. Susanne is personally passionate about providing opportunities to those who historically may have been overlooked in the business world. This is best exemplified in the diversity of professionals at Newmark Associates CRE, which extends to women, members of minorities, and also to the elimination of age and physical challenges discrimination.
Susanne has been a recipient of various awards, most recently recognized at the Women Who Shine Awards as one of six senior management executives chosen from over 100 nominations for outstanding achievements in business and the community. Selection criteria included success in business, philanthropic activity and tireless efforts to invest in advancing the cause of women.
As Chief Executive Officer of Newmark Associates, Susanne is responsible for transaction management and implementation, strategic consulting, project planning, leasing, and investment sales. Creating solutions in real estate matters for regional, entrepreneurial firms, Newmark Associates has worked extensively with Fortune 500 companies and is a Supplier Diversity Provider to major corporations. Newmark Associates received company-wide recognition as a repeat recipient of the CoStar Annual Award for “Best of the Best” and was rated by NJBiz as one of the “Top 250 Privately-Owned Companies” along with receiving RXR’s “Deal of the Year” award.

Susanne graduated from Queens College, City University of New York where she also received a Master’s degree.
Avid about boating, travel and spending time with family, she balances her professional and personal life with volunteer efforts serving on boards for various charitable organizations.
Jenna Glick, Chief Operating Officer, manages day-to-day operations and business development efforts for CRESDA. Jenna joins CRESDA from a background in institutional real estate investment management, with experience analyzing private real estate investments, launching private real estate equity/debt funds, and managing communications and investor services initiatives.
Jenna began her real estate career in 2013 as an investment analyst for PGIM Real Estate, analyzing private real estate investments across multiple property types on behalf of institutional investors. She then transitioned to investor relations and product development work for private real estate funds both at PGIM Real Estate and later at Amherst Capital Management, where she spearheaded marketing and investor services initiatives to raise capital and managed the development of new fund launches. Jenna brings a keen understanding of real estate fundamentals paired with marketing and project management expertise. Jenna holds a B.A. in Economics with a Minor in Music from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Jenna is passionate about furthering CRESDA’s mission to advance diversity within the commercial real estate space.
Business Development Manager, Broker
Ebony Parham, Broker Associate, serves as Business Development Manager for CRESDA. In this capacity, she leads CRESDA’s efforts to expand its professional relationships with corporations seeking more diversity in their supply chains.
Ebony also serves as a Broker-Associate with Newmark Associates, LLC, the longest running women-owned-and-operated commercial real estate firm in New Jersey. With real estate licensing credentials spanning 15 years in New Jersey, Ebony brings reliable resources to her offerings of Buyer/Seller agency, Tenant/Landlord representation and valuation and consulting services to her markets. Her real estate philosophy is best summarized: “To be of real service, you must add something that cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity.” Ebony has earned the NCJAR SRES, SFR, and ABR Real Estate Certifications in addition to being a certified Probate Real Estate Specialist.
Prior to her work in real estate, Ebony served 26 years as an Executive Assistant at a major pharmaceutical company, where she acted as a strategic partner to executive management, contributing critical thinking, communication, project management and technical expertise.
